Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The free tier is free forever and needs no credit card. You get live prices, 3 whale alerts a day, 3 price alerts, and one connected wallet.
What's the difference between Pro and Power?
Pro fits most active traders: 100 whale alerts, 50 price alerts, 10 wallets, and a full year of history. Power removes those caps entirely and adds custom email alert templates, AI analysis on whale flow, 5,000 API calls a day, and a priority data feed. If you are hitting Pro's limits every week, Power is the cheaper answer.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
Both Pro and Power start with a 3-day free trial and full access to that plan's features. You are not charged during the trial. After 3 days, billing starts on the plan and period you chose at checkout: Pro is $9.99/month or $99.99/year, Power is $29.99/month or $299.99/year. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What does yearly billing save me?
Yearly billing is 17% cheaper than paying month to month — roughly two months free. Pro is $99.99/year and Power is $299.99/year, charged once up front.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Move between Pro and Power, or cancel outright, from your account settings. Cancellations keep your paid access until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, and XRP payments via Xaman wallet. Pay with the asset you're tracking.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund. After 7 days you can cancel, but refunds are not available.
