Save Your Secret Numbers
Xaman will show you secret numbers (seed phrase). Write these down on paper and store safely! Never share them with anyone.
Activate Your Account
XRPL accounts require a 10 XRP reserve to activate. Send at least 10 XRP to your new address to activate it.
Enable Biometrics (Recommended)
Go to Settings → Security and enable Face ID/Touch ID for faster, more secure transactions.

❓QR code not scanning?
Make sure you're using the Xaman app's built-in scanner (bottom center button), not your phone's camera. Also ensure good lighting and that the QR code is fully visible.
❓Transaction not confirming?
XRP transactions typically confirm in 3-5 seconds. If it's taking longer, check your internet connection. The transaction will either succeed or fail—it won't get stuck.
❓"Insufficient balance" error?
Remember that XRPL accounts require a 10 XRP reserve that can't be spent. You need the subscription amount plus a tiny fee (0.00001 XRP) above your reserve.
❓Pro not activating after payment?
Payments are processed automatically. If your Pro status doesn't appear within 1 minute, try refreshing the page. If issues persist, contact support with your transaction hash (found in Xaman transaction history).
